We accept eligible returns within 15 days of purchase.

To request a return or exchange, please email bijouteriesetor@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.

Custom-made and personalized jewelry is excluded from regular returns, except where required by law.
